WINONA, Minn. – A Rochester man, Joseph Michael Majewski, 44, was arrested for providing false information to police after a theft at the big-box Walmart store on the Far East End. Majewski was also being held on an active warrant from outside of Winona.
Majewski. Charges: Giving false name to police, two counts of theft, and receiving stolen property.
