ROCHESTER, Minn. – The two men arrested after a fatal shooting downtown early Sunday were Derrick Days, 28, of South St Paul, and Nautica Cox, 22, of the Minneapolis suburb of Robbinsdale, police said. A second victim was hospitalized with critical wounds. TDays and Cox were booked on tentative charges of second-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder. The four men had been rolling dice on the sidewalk near the parking ramp at First Avenue and Third Street Southwest when a fight broke out. Days and Cox fled, chased by an off-duty police officer two witnessed what happened. Cox was caught right away. Days was apprehended two hours later , about 4:30 a.m., getting into a car at a Southeast Side apartment. One gun has been recovered, police said, but not a second gun.
