SACRAMENTO, Calif. –– Karleen Jean Mullen, 57, who held positions at Winona State University in the business office, admissions and travel studies, died in Sacramento. As a Winona State student she worked at the Hot Fish Shop and worked out at the YMCA. In later work at California State University-Sacramento, she continued to take student workers under her wings.
