EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – A five-day trial has been scheduled for an Eau Claire man charged with hiding a corpse. The trial for Roger Minck, 55, begins September 13. Minck is charged in the 2018 overdose death of Toby Cleasby of Gilmanton. Cleasby went missing in November 2018 after going to Minck’s duplex to pay for drugs, according to the criminal complaint. Volunteers searched for Cleasby along the Chippewa River, where his car was discovered. His body was found a month later in Minck’s duplex on Seymour Road on Eau Claire’s North Side.
