WINONA, Minn. – Masks will no longer be required in Winona school buildings, the district’s Incident Command Advisory Team decided. The team based its decision on recommendations from state and federal health officials, as well as local Covid data. Winona County has had only five new infections reported in two weeks. Masks will continue be required, however, on school buses.
