WINONA, Minn.—Facial masks remain in style — and required – in Winona Schools. The district posted an online notice that students and staff will be masking through the end of spring classes. The decision was made within hours of new federal and state guidelines that lifted masking mandates for people who have completed their Covid inoculation.
