WILSON, Minn. – Traffic on State Highway 43, which links Winona and Rushford, was reduced to one lane just south of the Interstate 90 underpass for crews to replace a culvert. A temporary stop-go light has been installed , the state Transportation Department said. The project is scheduled for two weeks.
