MENOMONIE, Wis. – A burning semi-truck blocked Interstate 94 both directions shortly after 2 p.m., but westbound lanes reopened within seven minutes. Eastbound lanes were closed 1-1/2 hours. There were no injuries. The accident was between Highway 25 and County Highway B just north of the Menomonie airport.
