WINONA, Minn. – Donald E.Vieth Sr., 90, of Winona, for many years a nightwatchman for the city sewer department, died at home. He was born in Norwalk, Wisconsin. Early jobs were as a farm and in a bakery. He loved country music and told and retold the story of meeting Johnny Cash’s brother, Tommy, who commented that Donald clearly had the hands of a farmer.
