WINONA, Minn. – Jody Lynn (Bulman) Stoltman, 63, of Winona, who worked with special needs children in Winona schools, died at home after a brief illness. She attended Kee High School in Lansing, Iowa, and graduated in 1976. She held a degree in lab technology from Western Wisconsin Technical College . At nearly 50 years of age, she went back to school at Minnesoya State Tech Southeast for a licensed practical nursing degree. She briefly worked for an insurance company, then with special needs children in the Winona schools.
