UTICA, Minn.— Sheriff’s investigators began a hunt for an assailant, a white male, who reportedly punched a Utica bar patron on the head several times. The assault was reported about 10 p.m. Deputies said the man who made the 911 call had a bump on the right side of his head but declined medical attention. The man said there was no confrontation before the assault. It just came out of the blue, he said.
