CALEDONIA, Minn. – A telephone caller threatened to kill a Houston County prosecutor and blow up the Courthouse. Sheriff Mark Inglett ordered a lockdown. Within an hour man whom Inglett described as “agitated” was arrested. The sheriff said the man also had made another threatening call to a Courthouse office as well as to two Caledonia businesses. Inglett said he recognized the caller’s voice.
