FOUNTAIN CITY, Wis. — Joseph “Joe” H. Hentges, 84, of Fountain City, a purchasing agent for Fiberite more than 30 years, died at Sauer nursing home in Winona. He graduated from Cochrane-Fountain City High School and obtained a bachelor’s degree from Winona State University. He served in the U.S. Army and belonged to American Legion Post 56 in Fountain City
