MINNEAPOLIS — Rochester woman who designed a new kind of eyedropper won the $50,000 grand prize in the annual Minnesota Cop entrepreneurial competition. Alissa Song’s innovation was an eyedropper that delivers significantly smaller drops of eye medications, which cuts waste. She calls it the Nanodropper.
