ST. PAUL, Minn. – An Arizona man being held in Phoenix for a quadruple murder in St. Paul has been charged with four counts of murder. The charges, specifically second-degree murder without premeditation, are subject to revision as investigators continue their work. Meanwhile, arrangements were being made for Antoine Suggs, 38, to be transported back to Minnesota. Key in the case is a statement by Suggs’ stepfather, Darren Osborne, that Suggs told him that he “snapped and shot a couple of people.” Osborne’s statement is in the criminal complaint against Suggs. Osborne himself has been charged in Wisconsin with four counts of hiding a corpse for aiding his stepson to transport the bodies to Wisconsin.
