ST. PAUL. – The Minnesota State colleges system reported 113 student Covid cases systemwide and 16 employee cases since Fall classes began. At Winona State there were 22 student and no employee cases. The system failed specify whether were affected individuals were in isolation or quarantine or how the infection rate compared to the previous reporting period, which was at the end of in Spring semester. A Winona State spokesperson declined requests for such comparative data, which would provide meaningful context for the campus situation.
