WINONA, Minn. – Police recovered a minivan that was stolen from the 700 residential block of East Second Street over the weekend. The vehicle, a white 2002 Chrysler, was three miles away in the AmericInn parking lot on the Far West End. The theft had been reported Friday morning. the vehicle’s keys had been left on the floor of the van before it was taken, police learned.
