WINONA, Minn. — A chainsaw, a five-gallon gas can and fuel from lawn mowers were discovered missing from a shed at a residence in the Wincrest area on Highland Drive. As best the owner could tell, the theft occurred in a three-day window, October 11 to 13. The theft was reported about 11:50 p.m.
