WINONA Minn. –Winona State University reported seven student Covid cases in the week ending October 24. This compares with thee student cases and three employee cases the orevious reporting period. The university delays its weekly reports seven or eight days, a policy never explained. In the period ending October 24, seven students were in quarantine and 33 in isolation. The cumulative positive cases for fall semester: 91 students and nine employees.
