RIDGEWAY, Minn. – A Houston woman was injured when she rear-ended a giant farm combine east of Ridgeway. First-responders extricated the woman from her vehicle. She was airlifted to a hospital. The combine driver was not hurt. He told deputies that the woman’s vehicle approached him from behind at a high rate of speed and hit the rear as he was turning north onto County Road 7. Deputies said both were the eastbound lane of the I-90 frontage road, formally known as County Road 102, near the intersection with County Road 7. The accident was about twilight.
