WINONA., Mnn. – William M. “Bill” Schniepp, 68, who owned and operated Schniepp’s Bar and Grill in Winona with his brother Mike, died at his home. He was a graduate of Winona Senior High School. He was a salesman with Gateway Foods for 20 years. He sponsored many local sports teams over the years. He was a member of the Elks lodge, Minnesota Deer Hunters, Pheasants Forever, Winona Sportsman Club, and Ducks Unlimited.
