WINONA, Minn. – Lon Joseph Devorak, of Winona, who had friends at Hei and Low Tap on East Seventh Street, died of cancer. His family remembered him as a man of integrity who always took care of his own. “He lived life to the fullest but not necessarily to the approval of others,” the family said. A remembrance was planned at Hei and Low.
