MEDFORD, Wis. – The driver who rammed an Amish buggy and injured 10 passengers has been charged with multiple counts of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance. Skyler M. Oplet, 35, of Medford, also has been charged with reckless driving and negligence. He was arrested at the accident scene on a probation issue and jailed while District Attorney Kristi Tlusty prepared the accident-related charges
