WINONA, Minn. – A Plainview man, Aminadan Montalvo, 23, was stopped for driving in the wrong lane. A breath test found him drunk with 0.08% alcohol in his blood, deputies said. He was arrested about 11:45 p.m. on a westbound lane of Highway 61. He was headed east.
