WINONA, Minn. – Wendy S. (Troke) Smith, 63, of Winona, receptionist and office manager with the Barr-Casperson ophthalmology office for 25 years, died at United Hospital in St. Paul. She was a graduate of Cotter High School and Winona Vo-Tech.
