WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man whose residence was being searched for probation reasons was arrested for drugs. City police and county deputies said they found 250 grams of methamphetamine and $8,000 cash at the home of Timothy J. Bruss, 43. The cash, police said, probably was from selling drugs. The arrest was on Fourth Street.
