WINONA, Minn. – Police dispatchers fielded 21 calls about debris-blocked streets after powerful winds ripped through the city. There also were seven calls for downed trees. These included the 100 block of West Mill Street in the Lake Park neighborhood between Main and Johnson streets. Two sheds were damaged. There were no injuries, police said. Powerlines were down in four places.
