WINONA, Minn. — A drug investigation led police to Jackson Street on the Wend End and lots of marijuana, cocaine and assorted pills – plus $6,900 in cash that Marie Stone, 32, just happened to have lying around. Police said that Stone admitted that the drugs were hers. They took her to jail. The bust, by city police and sheriff’s officers, was on the Jackson Street stub between Fifth and Seventh streets. There had been an ongoing investigation, police said. They recovered 31 grams of marijuana, 2 grams of cocaine, 1,500 ecstacy, drug paraphernalia, and $6,900 cash.
