LAMOILLE, Minn. — Deputies arrested a rural man, Joseph James Barnett, 56, of Green Terrace Way, after a report of domestic assault. Deputies were told that he threatened to kill a woman and assaulted her. This was on the 24000 block in the Green Terrace trailer court.
