IOWA CITY, Iowa – A Winona Health physician assistant, Denver Brown, has received the University of Iowa’s medical Preceptor of the Year award as a distinguished graduate. Brown has been at Winona Health since 2016He holds an undergrad degree from Winona State. In college he was a supplemental instructor for anatomy and physiology and a nursing assistant at the Saint Anne nursing home.
