WINONA, Minn. – A Spring Valley man, Craig Robert Nyers, 48, was stopped on the East End when police spotted a vehicle that had reported stolen. He was booked for felony theft and driving after revocation. The arrest was about 11 a.m. at Broadway and Chatfield Street.
