WINONA, Minn. – Geraldine C. (Broring) Palenske, 81, of Winona, an avid bowler and accordionist, and an active member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Pickwick, died at home. . She retired from the State Job Service at the Workforce Center in Winona, after 26 years.
