ROCHESTER, Minn. — Police raided a Northwest Side house and confiscated cocaine and $55,000 in cash. Arrested was Roberto Torres-Nieves, 32. He refused to allow officers in. They then broke down the door. The cocaine, police said, weighed 7.5 pounds and had a street value of $35,0000. Much of the cocaine was neatly packaged in plastic for individual sales, police said. The raid was at 3783 Kenosha Drive Northwest. Throughout the house, police said, were scales and packaging material. A gun was also confiscated.

Torres-Nieves. Faces drug charges. Bail at $250,000.
