HOMER, Minn. — A Winona driver, Michele Valerie Luhmann, 56, was stopped after deputies saw her weaving across the centerline on County Road 15 at Homer Valley Lane. They checked her breath for the alcohol-to-blood ratio. The breathaylzer showed 0.27% — almost 3-1/2 times the point at which the law says there is serious impairment. The arrest was about 8:30 p.m.
