WINONA, Minn. – Carlie John Hamann, 68, of Winona, a chef who was an artist with food and also crafts, died unexpectedly. For a man who claimed not to be a “people person,” people enjoyed him, his family said. He made friends everywhere. In recent years he was a daily visitor to the Winona dog park.
