KELOGG. Minn. – The Halfmoon Landing on the Mississippi River will be closed for construction beginning Monday. AMG Construction Company of Banning, California, is replacing three fishing platforms. The landing is at 12067 622nd Street. The Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge, which operates the landing, expects the project will be completed in late May.
