WINONA Minn.  –  Firefighters put their cliff-scaling skills to the test in a bluff clean-up training exercise at the Garvin Heights overlook. Hundreds of pounds of garbage were gathered and removed. The exercise included the climbing wall used by Winona State students n the university’s outdoor education classes.

Up 400 feet. Combining training and spring cleaning on the bluffs.
