WINONA, Minn. – A Lewiston man was found passed out in the men’s toilet room of the Kwik Trip convenience store at Highway 61 and Homer Road. This was about 2 a.m. after the bars closed. When officers rousted him, Jesse Lee Griffin, 18, of Lewiston, was incoherent but started flailing at them, police said. He punched one officer in the shoulder and attempted to bite him, police said. Pending charge: Assault on an officer.
