WINONA, Minn. – Robert Edward Petersen, 79, of Winona, who did maintenance at Peerless Chain for 36 years, died at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester. He graduated from Winona High School in 1960. He spent two years in the U.S. Army. In 2004 he received a heart transplant.
