ST. CHARLES, Minn.– A theft from a mailbox in the 11000 block of Equine Drive north of town was reported to the sheriff’s office. The complainant said that he theft was overnight but that that the mailbox had been tampered for several days. The theft was reported about 6:50 a.m.
