ZUMBRO FALLS, Minn. – A Rochester biker was injured when he lost control of his motorcycle and struck a guardrail between the villages of Dumfries and West Albany. Tyler James Bale. 22, was taken 40 miles to a Rochester hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The accident was about 8:15 p.m. on Highway 60 at County Road 13. Bale, on a 2006 Honda motorcycle, was headed west toward Zumbro Falls.
