WINONA, Minn. – A Wisconsin man who let his front car bumper kiss an auto-service door at Menards about 1 a.m. was arrested for drunkenness. Police booked Orlando Lee Solis, 19, of Fountain City, for driving under the influence – even though he wasn’t driving at the time. He was asleep, albeit at the wheel. A breath-testing device found his blood at 0.14% alcohol, almost twice the allowable level.
