WINONA, Minn. – A Rushford driver, Dylan Matthew Zayne, 19, was stopped for weaving five miles up West Burns Valley, on Highway 43 at Braeburn Road, about 1:15 a.m. Then the cop smelled marijuana. In the car, said the cop, were 1-1/2 ounces of marijuana, THC oil, a grinder containing marijuana residue, and other paraphernalia. The charge: Possession.
