WINONA, Minn. – A downtown event centered on Peter’s Biergarten will raise money to spruce up houses in the Sobieski Park neighborhood. The local Habitat for Humanity chapter plans to paint for people who need a hand with home maintenance as well as to clear brush. Half of the proceeds from Peter’s Garden beverage sales will go the project.
