ONTARIO, Wis. – Apparently David Meboe of Muscoda found liquor stores easy picking. He was arrested in a Village of Ontario liquor store at 8:43 a.m. – a fourth such break-in, police said, in as many days. It turned out, police said, that Meboe, age 33, was already wanted by the state Department of Corrections. These were the Vernon County thefts:

> August 17: In Ontario, at 7:18 p.m.
