WINONA, Minn. – a former priest accused of fifth-degree criminal ssexual conduct, Ubaldo Roque Huerta, failed to appear in Winona County Court for a scheduled and mandatory hearing. The judge was ready, so too the prosecutor, for a session at 1:45 p.m. Unless Huerta delivers a quick explanation, the usual procedure would be an arrest warrant . Huerta was last known to be living Rin ushmore in Nobles County, 225 miles from Winona, near the Iowa border. The warrant would go to the Nobles County sheriff in Worthington. The sheriff would attempt to locate Huerta and arrest and hold him for Winona County authorities yo pick up.
