LAMOILLE Minn. – A Twin Bluffs man was arrested after going off a road, striking a tree and also a car parked in a driveway, and then driving down the road to his own house. This was about 1:45 a.m. in the 25000 block of Miner Valley Road. Deputies took Scott Edward Ringler Jr., 33, to jail and prepared drunken-driving paperwork for Winona County District Court.
