ST. PAUL, Minn. – At $1.9 billion. August tax revenues came in 3.7% more than projections. It was another month of revenue growth. Individual income tax payments totaled $1 billion, compared to a projected $967 million. Corporate tax payments were $22 million higher than predicted. General sales tax payments, however, came in $8 million under the forecast at $666 million.
