WINONA, Minn. – A Lewiston driver was stopped after failing to signal on Riverview Drive and then arrested for drunken driving. Police said that Scott Daniel Smith, 49, admitted to three mixed drinks at a bar. Police said Smith’s blood-alcohol content tested at 0.09%, just over the state-designated brink for impairment. The stop was at Huff and Fifth about 2:20 a.m.
