WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man whose 3-year-old son lost fingers in a gun incident has a curt record for child neglect. Anthony James Crowson, 33, was convicted in 2013 of leaving another child at home alone. That child, 4 at the time, had special needs. Crowson has other convictions, including driving after cancellation as inimical to public safety in 2016. He shot out windows of a house with a BB gun in 2011.
